Seoul: Korea Line Corp has placed an additional order for two 300,000-dwt VLCCs with compatriot Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering (DSME) for completion in the latter half of 2010, taking its supertanker backlog at that yard to four. All four ships are to be jointly owned by the yard and the line. Korea Line has another three VLCCs of its own on order. [27/6/08]
