Korean shipping consortium launches new service in Thailand

Seoul: Hanjin Shipping, Sinokor Merchant Marine and  Dongnama Shipping have formed a partnership to offer a new Far East Asia-Thailand service which they believe will  improve efficiency in vessel operation, reduce the transit time on the Far East Asia-Thailand route and upgrade customer service levels.  The new service, featuring three 900 teu vessels operated by all three carriers, will call at Busan, Gwangyang, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Laem Chabang, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Busan.  [08/11/06]
