Long Beach delays container surcharge, LA likely to follow suit

Los Angeles: Last week the Port of Long Beach Harbor Commission approved a six-month delay in the collection of the $15 per loaded teu cargo infrastructure improvement fee that had been scheduled to begin on January 1. Los Angeles is expected to follow suit. [8/12/08]
