Marco Polo Marine's Indon associate registers IPO
Jakarta: Marco Polo Marine’s associate company PT Peleyaran Nasional Bina Buna Raya has obtained a registration statement for its planned initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Marco Polo said BBR, in which it owns a 49% stake, had received a pre-effective letter for registration of the IPO from the Capital Market supervisory agency. This instructs BBR to publish an abridged version of its prospectus and carry out a book building exercise.
