Following the acquisitions Seascape Surveys Pte Ltd and Seascape Surveys (Thailand) Ltd will become wholly owned subsidiaries of Mermaid Offshore Services.
Mermaid also owns 95% of PT Seascape Surveys Indonesia and three companies provide provide hydrographic survey and positioning services, primarily to the offshore oil and gas industry in the South East Asia and Australasia region.
