Tokyo: Mitsui Engineering and Shipbuilding Co has turned around a Yen2.8bn net loss in the first quarter of last FY into a Yen335m profit for the quarter ended June 30. Its forecast for the year to March 2007 remains unchanged at a net profit of Yen8bn. As previously reported, MES recently booked a 310,000dwt VLCC order from Hong-Kong based M.S. Tanker, a jv between Mitsui OSK Lines and Sinotrans. [31/07/06]
