Visakhapatnam: Nippon Kaiji Kyokai (ClassNK) announces a new Local Area Representative (exclusive surveyor) in the India east coast city of Visakhapatnam, commonly known as Visag, adding to its existing exclusive offices in Mumbai and Chennai.
