Nico ship repairs revamps image

Dubai: Nico International, a Dubai based ship repair company has undergone an image transformation complete with logo changes that they claim stay true to its traditional roots, while complementing their enhanced market position. The company, which has five subsidiaries in three countries, plans to launch a new facility in Fujairah for large steel works dedicated to the on-shore tank sector, an area they believe will see development when the ban for single hulls will apply to Floating Storage and Offloading units (FSOs). Nico also recently inaugurated it's a new staff facilities, based in a building shaped like a ship, at Al Quoz in Dubai .  [07/11/06]
