Ningbo and Shanghai ports cooperate

Shanghai: Ningbo Port has submitted a Shanghai listing application and is expected to be listed at the end of this year or beginning of next year. President of Ningbo Port Goup Li Linghong said they will also make further cooperation with Shanghai port on capital and operation aspects.?Li also said Ningbo port and Shanghai port are planning to establish a terminal joint venture company for construction and investment of domestic docks. Each part will occupy 50% shares and the registration capital is over hundred billion yuan. Now they are waiting for the permission of Shanghai SASAC.?This will be the first substantive cooperation of these two major ports on China's east coast.  [17/07/09]
