Noble says it has no plans to raise funds

In response to queries from the Singapore Exchange in relation to a Dow Jones article commodities and shipping group Noble said, “The company would like to confirm that it neither plans, nor needs, to raise any capital.”

Last week Noble was at the centre of controversy over a report by Iceberg Research that alleged it used accounting measures to mislead investors.
