The South Pacific Link service will be operated by NYK Bulk & Project Carriers utilsing multipurpose semi-container vessels on 72-day round voyages. The service will operate at 18 day intervals.
“The service will offer safe and secure handling within an extensive global network to provide a quality, reliable liner service linking the South Pacific islands to the world,” NYK said.
The first call will be made in Busan on 12 January 2014 by the South Islander.
