Islamabad: The Pakistani government has announced plans to build a fourth port upon completion of Gwadar deep sea port in Balochistan, Federal Minister for Ports and Shipping Babar Ghauri told reporters on Wednesday. The site for the new port, which is also to be a duty-free port like Gwadar, is yet to be decided. The first cargo vessel is expected to reach the Gwadar port in the third week of March. [14/03/07]
