Precious Shipping gets extension on $150m loan

Precious Shipping gets extension on $150m loan
Dry bulk shipowner Precious Shipping has taken up an extension on a $150m bank loan that is taken to fund the purchase of additional secondhand vessels.

Precious Shipping has executed the supplemental letter to the secured term loan facility agreement of up to $150m to run until 30 June 2014, from 30 June this year.

The lead arrangers, lenders and swap banks are Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Kasikornbank and Thanachart Bank.
