Dry bulk volumes grew the most and among them coal grew fastest, rising 30% and 43% to 270.6m tonnes and 176.9m tonnes respectively, it said in a stock market announcement.
Container throughput rose 12% to 903,225 teu from 807,010 teu previously.
Meanwhile among the three ports the group operates, Qinghuangdao Port did the best, with throughput rising 42% to 177.3m tonnes, followed by Huanghua Port which gained 15% to 51.8m teu and Caofeidian Port which rose 12% to 61.6m tonnes.
