Rolls Royce opens marine service centre in Guangzhou
Guangzhou: Rolls Royce is expanding its marine services in China with a new service facility in Guangzhou.

The facility, close to Guangzhou’s port and repair yards, will serve customers in the commercial and offshore sectors and can repair and overhaul a broad range of Rolls-Royce marine equipment, including diesel engine components, tunnel thrusters and propellers

“Rolls-Royce is continuing to invest in its global service capability. This modern facility in the heart of Guangzhou’s Pearl River Delta, one of the busiest locations in the region for shipbuilding and repair, enables us to better meet the needs of our marine customers in the region,” said Gary Wieland, Rolls-Royce, marine regional director – China.

It is Rolls Royce’s fourth marine service operation, joining existing facilities in Shanghai, Dalian and Hong Kong.
