Mumbai: State-run Shipping Corp of India (SCI) said yesterday it has signed a deal for construction and delivery of two product tankers. SCI has inked the agreement with China Changjiang National Shipping Group Corporation Jingling Shipyard, it said in a statement to the Bombay Stock Exchange. SCI did not reveal the price paid. Top management have indicated that the company is looking to take advantage of lower ship prices to make a series of orders this year. [28/01/10]
