Hong Kong: Search operations have resumed for the missing crew of a ship found capsized off the coast of the Chinese territory of Macau.
The Korean Coast Guard said the Chinese authorities mobilized two airplanes and 20 rescue ships to conduct a search of the area.
The four-thousand ton freighter, Zeus, was found capsized southwest of Macau on Wednesday afternoon. Aboard were 17 crewmen, including eight Koreans.
The South Korean ship left Vietnam on Sunday and was due to arrive at the South Korean port of Masan this coming Sunday.
The ship lost radio contact after sending a distress call to the Port of Singapore around two a.m. Wednesday. [25/9/08]
