Singapore: Relations at the leadership level between Chinese and Singaporean maritime administrations have been reinforced by a visit from a top-tiered Chinese official.
The Director-General of the Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Transport, China, Ju Chengzhi is a guest of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA), under its Distinguished Visitor Programme (DVP).
During his five-day visit from 20 to 24 April, Mr Ju will call on Permanent Secretary for Transport, BG (NS) Choi Shing Kwok, and also meet MPA's senior management at the 4th China-Singapore Senior Officials Committee Meeting (SOCM). [20/04/09]
