Hanoi: Vinashin Shipbuilding Engineering (Visec) and business solution provider MultiPlus Solutions last week signed a collaboration agreement where Visec will be representing the Norwegian company in the Vietnamese market. Additionally, the Vinashin subsidiary also signed an exclusive pre-study contract for the MultiPlus ERP/business system.
If successful, the pre-study will be followed up by an agreement for consultancy services and installation of the MultiPlus Shipbuilding Solution at shipyards and other subsidiaries in the Vinashin Group.
The Vinashin Group has over 200 subsidiaries including
38 shipyards and 5 shipping companies that has about 18,000 highly skilled employees. [16/06/09]
