Hanoi: In a bid to expand its fleet Vietnam Ocean Shipping Co (Vosco) plans to raise at least $46.2m from an initial public offering (IPO).

The Hai Phong-headquartered tanker company is expecting a heavily oversubscribed debut on 12 September, though foreigners cannot invest in this stock.  [24/08/07]
