Singapore: Industrial planning, building and consultancy group Jurong International has won a contract worth an estimated $70m to design and build the expansion of Luba Freeport in Equatorial Guinea, 63% owned by multinational Lonhro. Luba already enjoys important oil business and Lonhro officials have gone on record as saying they hope Luba can become to West Africa what Singapore is to Asia. [07/08/06]
