Singapore: Shares of Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Holdings Ltd. opened at S$1.35 in debut trade on the Singapore Exchange Wednesday, reflecting a 42% premium to last week's initial public offering price of S$0.95, Dow Jones reported.
The offer included 662 million new shares and 331 million existing shares, with the IPO shares representing 30% of the company's enlarged share capital.
Some 20 million shares were offered in Singapore, and 973 million shares offered to international investors. [18/04/07]
