Zim alters another box-route
Zim has announced alterations to its Asia-Europe Express Service (AEX1), adding the Port of Antwerp and Nansha.

The service, which consists of 9 ships between 8,500 and 10,000teu operated jointly with CSCL, will now operate on a route from Shanghai, calling at Ningbo, Yantian, Felixstowe, Hamburg, Rotterdam, Antwerp, Nansha and back to Shanghai.

The first vessel to sail under the new arrangement, MV Xin Ya Zhou 78W, is planned to leave Shanghai on June 12. Zim will deploy 3 10,000teu ships on the route: the ZIM Antwerp, ZIM Rotterdam and Tianjin.
