The service will replace the previous Grand Alliance/Zim SCE combo service, and will include five Zim vessels, deployed between Xiamen, Yantian-Da Chan Bay, Hong Kong, Kaohsiung, Panama Canal, Manzanillo, Kingston, Savannah, and then back to Charleston, Kingston, Manzanillo, Panama Canal, and returning to Xiamen.
Zim will also have space through slot exchange on the following all water East Cost services crossing the Suez. It will have slots on the AZX servicec calling Laem Chabang, Singapore, Colombo-Suez Canal, Damietta, Cagliari, Halifax, New York, Savannah, Norfolk, Cagliari, Damietta, Suez Canal, Singapore. And also the CEC service calling Shekou, Yantian, Singapore, Suez Canal, New York, Norfolk, Charleston, Suez Canal, Singapore, Cai Mep, Hong Kong.
Zim has assured that its services between Asia and the US East Coast will continue, with added links from South China and Southeast Asia, via the Suez Canal.
