Singapore: Shanghai Zhenhua Port Machinery (ZPMC), the world's largest manufacturer of ship-to-shore cranes, has opened its first Southeast Asian subsidiary and spare parts centre in Singapore to support a growing number of customers in the region. Among its many clients, ZPMC has supplied more than 60 quay cranes to PSA Singapore since 1995 with plenty more pencilled in as the leading terminal operator dramtically expands domestic operations in the coming couple of years. ZPMC has other spare parts centres in Amsterdam and Los Angeles. [8/7/08]
