AP Moller - Maersk appoints new cfo Carolina Dybeck Happe
AP Moller-Maersk has appointed a new cfo Carolina Dybeck Happe who joins the Danish shipping giant from door opening solutions company Assa Abloy.
Maersk said that Happe would join Maersk by 1 January 2019 at the latest and also become a member of the company’s board.
She will replace Jakob Stausholm, chief finance, strategy and transformation officer and a director of Maersk, who stepped down at the end of March. Maersk took the decision to divide the role into single finance function and functions focused on IT, strategy, digital and transformation.

While Happe takes up the role of cfo her experience in disgitalisation was noted. "Carolina Dybeck Happe brings significant experience from a company with a strong organic and acquisition growth record. In her tenure as CFO, Carolina Dybeck Happe has created substantial shareholder value, successfully streamlined processes and driven the digital agenda in a well-reputed, global company.
