The two companies have entered into capital investment cooperation framework agreement at Guangzhou, planning to make investments in shipping and logistics-related sectors.
Last year, CULines and Antong jointly deployed twelve 4,250 teu containerships servicing for Asia-Europe and Transpacific routes.
“To cope with market fluctuations recently, the two companies will collaborate on service upgrading and promote shipping business focus on domestic dual circulation,” said CULines.
