Evergreen launches new Vietnam - Singapore - Malaysia service

Evergreen Lines is launching a new Vietnam – Singapore – Malaysia service to meet increasing demand.

The service, a dedicated feeder loop, will use two 1,054 teu containerships and connect to the Taiwanese line’s transhipment hubs in Tanjung Pelepas and Singapore.

The first sailing was on 10 May and calls at Ho Chi Minh City, Port Klang, Singapore, Tanjung Pelepas and then back to Haiphong.

Evergreen noted that Vietnam’s economic growth in the first quarter of the year was 6.03% the highest in five years.
