The Far East-India-Latin America Service (FIL) service operated solely by HMM will commence from Busan with a 84-day round voyage.
The port rotation is as follows for the service is: Busan, Shanghai, Ningbo, Shekou, Singapore, Kattupalli, Durban, Santos, Paranagua, Itapoa, Navegantes, Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Busan
HMM see the possibility for more services connecting to Latin America. A company official said: “We will continue to expand our presence in the Latin America trade that has a high potential for future growth and development.”
