Jinjiang Shipping to launch new China, Korea and Indonesia service

Shanghai-based Jinjiang Shipping is planning to open up a new service to Korea and Indonesia.

The new service will call at the ports of Shanghai, Pusan, Kwangyang, Ho Chi Minh, Jakarta and Surabaya.

The company said vessel deployment and schedule would be released shortly.

Jinjiang Shipping is preparing to be listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange and has submitted prospectus in recent. The company expects to raise RMB3bn fund for purchasing containerships and increasing investment in smart vessel reconstruction.

As the end of June 2022, Jinjiang Shipping operated a fleet of 40 containerships, including 25 self-owned vessels and 15 chartered ships.
