Departing from Tianjin port, the major ports berthed will include Shanghai, Xiamen, Hong Kong, Singapore, Colombo, and port Kelang. It is the fourth “Belt and Road” service launched at the port this year.

The opening of the new service will further expand Tianjin port’s service network globally.

Last month, Tianjin port posted a container volume of 1.76m teu, an increase of 7.6% year-on-year.
