Ningbo Ocean Shipping expands into Southeast Asia

Ningbo Ocean Shipping launched its first Belt and Road liner service connecting with Southeast Asia at Jiaxing port, Zhejiang province.

The service will call at the Chinese ports of Jiaxing, Ningbo-Zhoushan and Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam.

Ningbo Ocean Shipping said that the route could provide a new trading channel for clients in Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces, strengthening business connection between the region and Southeast Asia.

Ningbo Ocean Shipping, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ningbo-Zhoushan port, focuses on container shipping services for China-Japan and China-South Korea, as well as domestic market.
