Ocean Network Express (ONE) is adding to Asia – Latin America coverage with the new East Coast South America Express 2 (SX2) service.

The SX2 will connecting ports in Northeast and Southeast Asia with major hubs on the east coast of South America

In addition, ONE will offer a dedicated feeder service to the Rio de la Plata, connecting via Rio Grande, “with reliable and competitive transit times to Argentina and Uruguay”.

”The introduction of SX2 with feeder service to the Rio de la Plata underscores ONE's commitment to growth and development in the region, offering an efficient solution for cargo transport between the Far East and South America and meeting the growing demand for trade between these regions,’ the company said in a statement.

The SX2 service rotation considers Pusan - South China - Singapore - Rio Grande - Santos - Santa Catarina - Singapore - Hong Kong - Pusan,

The Rio de la Plata feeder service includes connections Rio Grande - Argentina - Uruguay - Rio Grande.

The SX2 service is expected to start operating in April 2025.
