Pan Ocean and the port of Guangzhou have launched the direct shipping service linking the southern Chinese port and South Korea.

The new KSC service will be operated exclusively by Pan Ocean on weekly basis.

The port rotation is Nansha-Shekou-Shantou-Inchon-Ulsan-Gwangyang-Busan-Huangpu-Nansha, which is the second direct service connecting Nansha and South Korea, and is the fourth direct shipping route from Guangzhou to South Korea.

The opening of the new service will further improve export transportation from western region of Pearl river delta to South Korea.

Currently, Guangzhou port operates 163 container liner services, including 119 export routes.
