The current RPS service that calls Singapore, Palembang and Pasir Gudang will become two separate services calling Singapore – Palembang and Singapore- Pasir Gudang.

The RCL Palembang Express will call the ports of Singapore – Palembang - Singapore on a five-day rotational basis utilizing the 388 teu Ati Bhum.

Meanwhile the RCL Pasir Gudang Service will call both Singapore and Pasir Gudang twice weekly using the 189 teu Anu Bhum. Both services will start on 6 February.

“When RPS was calling Pasir Gudang and Palembang using   the same ship, we were faced with challenges, keeping her on proforma. In order to rectify this issue, we made an investment to run Pasir Gudang and Palembang loops separately,” said Charlie Chu, evp for RCL.
