SITC launches new service connecting Beibu Gulf port to SE Asia

STIC is opening up a new service from China’s Beibu Gulf port connecting it with Myanmar, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Offering by domestic logistics service provider, SITC, the new service will deploy four vessels on weekly basis, calling at Qinzhou, Nansha, Shekou, Port Kelang, Yangon, Belawan and Haiphong.

With the addition of new service, Beibu Gulf port is running 45 international container services.

During the first three quarters, Beibu Gulf port posted a container volume of 4.98m teu, an increase of 18.99%
