Maersk Training Green Academy enhancing fuel training standards

In an interview at Crew Connect Global, Dr. Joanna Eugenia Bakouni, Learning and Development Manager at Maersk Training spoke to Seatrade Maritime News about the safety concerns around alternative fuels and the steps Maersk Training is taking to address those challenges.

"Let's face it, if you have the best technology out there, but you don't have the people, you're doomed, " said Bakouni.

The Green Academy has launched a green skills survey to capture feedback from across the maritime industry on the training needs around alternative fuel adoption in order to direct its training programmes.
