Wisdom Marine sells two handysize bulkers

Taiwan-based Wisdom Marine is selling a pair of new handysize dry bulk carriers at $25m apiece, it announced on its website.

The new vessels are scheduled to be delivered to the unnamed buyer in 2016, according to Wisdom Marine.

The Taiwanese shipping firm said it expects to generate a profit of $5m on the sale of the handysize bulkers.

Wisdom Marine has up to 31 newbuildings on order, mainly at Japanese shipyards with sizes ranging between 34,400-84,000 dwt.
