Change at the top for OSM

There is change at the top of ship manager OSM Maritime with founder Bjorn Tore Larsen taking a step back.

Taking over the position of chairman of OSM Maritime is Tommy Olofson, based in Norway, while Bjorn Sprotte will become ceo of OSM Maritime, continuing to be based in Singapore.

Olofson will be responsible for the strategic development and business relations of the group while Sprotte will be overall in charge of day-to-day operations of the company.

Founder and majority shareholder Larsen will no longer be operationally in charge of OSM but will continue as chairman and ceo of maritime services company Optimum Maritime Holding, and as chairman of company OSM Aviation.
