“We are delighted to announce the return of Seatrade Maritime CrewConnect Global Awards, which have continued to go from strength-to-strength since their inception in 2018,” said Chris Morley, Group Director of Seatrade Maritime.

“Entries have continued to grow year-on-year for these awards, which clearly demonstrates the exceptional pace of which this sector is responding to both current and potential industry challenges. We therefore believe that these awards provide an essential opportunity not only for individuals and organisations to showcase their work, but also for the wider industry to celebrate the achievements of their community too,” continued Morley

Nominations will close on Tuesday 10 October, at which point a soon-to-be-announced independent judging panel will carefully review each submission. The winners will then be revealed on Thursday 23 November as part of the ever-popular gala dinner at Seatrade Maritime CrewConnect Global 2023, which is the industry-leading conference and networking event for crewing industry professionals.

“In addition to honouring the winners of our six industry categories, we will also announce the winner of our Lifetime Achievement Award, which will celebrate an individual who has made a lasting and meaningful contribution to the industry,” continued Morley.

Categories, entry criteria and entry forms can all be found on the Seatrade Maritime CrewConnect Global website. Nominations will close on Tuesday 10 October.
