Entry Deadline Extended: Seatrade Awards, in association with Lloyd’s List

Prospective entrants now have an additional week to complete and submit their entries across a total of thirteen categories, which are free for all to enter and include opportunities to showcase progress made across intelligent shipping, sustainability in shipping, and improvements to industry standards.

“For over thirty years, Seatrade Awards, now in association with Lloyd’s List, has been championing the achievements made by those creating a safer, more efficient, and more sustainable future for our industry,” commented Chris Hayman, Chairman of Seatrade.

“After listening to the feedback from our community, we are mindful that the ongoing circumstances surrounding the global pandemic have put unprecedented strain on time and resource. Therefore, we hope that this extension will give organisations ample time to complete their submissions as well as accommodate for the increasing interest of many additional companies,” continued Hayman.

With the exception of the six Editorial Choice awards, which are judged by representatives from Seatrade Maritime and Lloyd’s List, each entry submitted to the remaining  seven categories will be put through their paces by one of three independent judging panels, each teeming with expertise in their relevant fields.

“Since its inception in  1989, each edition of Seatrade Awards has been backed by a truly transparent judging process, which we believe is crucial in ensuring these awards are able to remain accessible to all and a true benchmark of achievement for all to aspire towards,” commented Chris Hayman, Chairman of Seatrade.

Seatrade Awards, which is sponsored by ADNOC, Bureau Veritas and DNV, will close for entries at  23:00pm BST on Tuesday 27 July 2021, offering both finalists and winners a plethora of new opportunities, from exceptional brand awareness to strengthening your sales development funnel.
