Club members enjoyed a frank and open discussion about challenges facing the maritime and logistics industries, the market context in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, as well as the impact their strategies and initiatives have had.
The sharing of insights from their individual market segments, geographies, and perspectives continued into the Saudi Maritime & Logistics Congress VIP reception.
With more than 30 top-level participants from the ship owning; ship managing and industry governing bodies, the round table is the latest to take place, following on from successful editions at CMA Shipping in the United States; Seatrade Maritime Crew Connect Global in the Philippines; Seatrade Maritime Logistics Middle East in Dubai, UAE and London, UK. The discussions paved the way for wider conversations over the coming days of Saudi Maritime & Logistics Congress.
The fifth edition of the Saudi Maritime & Logistics Congress - sponsored by His Excellency the Minister of Transport and Logistics Services, Eng. Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser - opens tomorrow at the Dhahran Exhibition Centre, Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia until 19th September.
Showcasing investment opportunity in the maritime and logistics sectors, this year’s Saudi Maritime & Logistics Congress will highlight how Saudi Arabia’s doors are now open even wider to the world, with investments pouring into sectors like renewable energy, maritime and logistics and other key industries.
