In a series of sessions over the course of the week, the company is inviting show-goers to hear about it technology and try out its T-Bridge interface for themselves.

The system integrates sonar, chart and route data with live video of the surroundings, so that the navigator can see a true picture of the waters through which they are navigating, overlaid with all the relevant information on a single screen, even in extremely low visibility.

Transas boasts “a new level of wheelhouse automation” using the Transas Touch Interface which is designed to provide access to all automated information, in a configuration tailored to bridge operating requirements.

Unveiled in September 2014, Transas has since installed the T-Bridge system on a mega-yacht.
