Prospective entrants now have another week to submit their nominations, enabling entrants more time to ensure their submissions are a worthy reflection of their accomplishments, progress and success.
“Having listened to the feedback from our community, we are delighted to offer this extension. We are so excited by the level of interest and engagement this year’s awards have inspired, and would like to extend our invitation to as many as possible,” commented Chris Morley, Group Director of Maritime Events.
With the exception of the Editorial Award categories, where winners are selected by representatives from the Seatrade Editorial Board, each nomination will go through a rigorous and transparent judging process. A total of four independent panels, each teeming with expertise in their relative fields, will assess each entry based on their innovation, ambition and achievement. The winners will be revealed on Tuesday 8 November during a black-tie celebration at The Guildhall, London UK.
“Since 1989, Seatrade Maritime Awards has been a benchmark of excellence for the maritime industry around the world. Under the expert eyes of our panel of judges, each year these Awards evaluate, assess and honour the best in maritime with the recognition that they deserve,” continued Morley.
Entries for Seatrade Maritime Awards will close on Tuesday 30 August. More information on categories and how to take part can be found on the Seatrade Maritime Awards website.
