Under the banner of ‘It’s time to talk’, Seatrade Maritime is an integral part of Posidonia Web Forum Week 2020. The Week replaces the planned live Posidonia event and brings together leading media for a series of web conferences and forums taking place until 30 October 2020.

Seatrade Maritime – which this year also celebrates its 50th anniversary – is synonymous with bringing great content to its audiences and these two webinars will be no different.

“All of our friends and colleagues in the industry have faced challenges this year and we are pleased to once again, be able to support this great initiative by providing our community with some great content,” said Emma Howell, Marketing Director, Seatrade Maritime, Informa Markets.

According to Theodore Vokos, Managing Director, Posidonia Exhibitions S.A: “The global disruption of COVID-19 has had a significant impact on the shipping industry, compounded by the cancellation of conferences and events that would normally be offering a platform for meetings and debate. Now, more than ever, is the time for the shipping industry to talk again and re-open the channels for exchanging ideas and exploring solutions.

“We are delighted that Posidonia Web Forums Week is currently taking place with a programme of exciting web events hosted by our partner organisations. Posidonia is bringing the maritime communities together. That’s what Posidonia is all about”.
