The agreement provided ACC with a strategic export logistics Hub, which helps eliminate the need to use an intermediary overseas hub for storage and onward shipping of their cargoes. With the support of Saudi Customs and JIP the time for export processing is reduced to one day from a week.

“This agreement comes in line with Saudi Vision 2030 and the National Industrial Development and logistics Program (NDLIP), under the supervision of the Saudi logistics Hub , which seeks to develop the Kingdom’s economic growth beyond dependence on the oil industry, and will open new doors and economic opportunities within the Kingdom, providing Saudi-based companies with expanded access across the GCC and wider Middle East region, in addition, international exposure and expanded opportunities to do business globally,” LogiPoint said.

LogiPoint operates the largest Bonded and Re-Export Zone in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a sprawling 1m square meters area located within Jeddah Islamic Port. The integrated logistics area pioneered by LogiPoint allows its customers to save up to eight days shipping via Jeddah and to re-export without needing to pay customs.
