The acquisition deal will allow MOL Chemical Tankers to further develop a mutual global customer network and strengthen its competitiveness as service providers of global liquid chemical logistics.

The next step after the acquisition deal will see MOL Chemical Tankers and Den Hartogh sign a partnership aimed at jointly expanding the global logistics company for transportation of liquefied chemical products comprising tank containers, parcel chemical tankers and a tank terminal.

MOL Chemical Tankers currently operates a fleet of more than 80 parcel chemical tankers.

Den Hartogh operates over 19,000 tank containers transporting liquid chemicals and gas, while also handling 7,000 box containers for the polymer and food industry.
