Zhejiang Seaport sets up supply chain office in Vietnam

Zhejiang Seaport Group is expanding footprint in Southeast Asia via establishing a new supply chain management company in Vietnam.

Based in Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam, Zhejiang Seaport (Vietnam) Supply Chain Management Company is an important step for Zhejiang Seaport and Ningbo-Zhoushan port to optimise global shipping and port resources layout and build a comprehensive logistics supply chain system, commented Zhejiang Seaport Group.

Zhejiang Seaport previously sent a team to Vietnam in 2022 in preparation for the opening up of assets management company engaged in warehouse, logistics and shipping agency services.  

With the establishment of new company, Zhejiang Seaport will develop more door-to-door supply chain services between Ningbo-Zhoushan port and Vietnam at a lower cost but at the time with greater efficiency.
