Aderco sails into Dubai

As the deadline for the IMO’s global sulphur cap gets closer, one of the world’s leading providers of fuel treatments developed for marine diesel engines is heading to Dubai for the Seatrade Maritime Middle East expo starting on Monday 29 October.

Aderco develops, manufactures and distributes specialised environmentally-friendly fuel treatments, including fuel conditioners and lubricity improvers for the marine industry, all of which are described as 100% vegetal-organic, ashless and metal-free.

“We believe Aderco fuel treatments are the perfect solution to the forthcoming IMO global sulphur cap,” said Peter Stevenson, md of Aderco UK, who will be attending the exhibition and explaining the benefits of Aderco fuel treatments on Stand T20.

“Ship owners, managers and operators need to be planning to start their compliance by the middle of 2019, not later, and certainly with the right implementation plans,” he continues. “There are huge costs associated with the new cap, and we believe we have the ideal solution in terms of performance and cost-effectiveness.”
