CSCL 19,000 teu boxship grounds heading to Hamburg port
A 19,000 teu China Shipping Container Line (CSCL) vessel has grounded while heading towards the port of Hamburg.

The CSCL Indian Ocean ran aground in the river Elbe on Wednesday on its way to dock at the Eurogate terminal in Hamburg according to local reports.

Five tug boats were unable to free the Hong Kong-flagged vessel on Wednesday evening. Another attempt will be made on Thursday at high tide.
